Developing Genom Editing Kit which CRISPR based
By using next generation DNA sequencing technologies, bioinformatics data analysis tools and genetic engineering applications, precise modulation of the targeted genome region can be achieved. With the CRISPR-based kit that will be developed through this project, a reliable and effective genome editing tool will be created to implement this technology for different organisms.
