Biocompatibility Analyses

Biocompatibility analyses determine the numerical or qualitative value of the biological response to a reference material under specified experimental conditions. This response should be reproducible within the same laboratory and between different laboratories. At POLGEN Biotechnology, the following biocompatibility assays are carried out in accordance with the ISO 10993-12 and ISO 10993-5 standards:

· XTT assay

· MTT assay

· Alamar blue assay

· Live-dead assay
